Steven Bell, Esq., graduated from Nova Southeastern's law school, magna cum laude, in the top 3% of his graduating class. While in law school he was published in the Law Review and was awarded as a top 10 oral advocate. After graduating, Mr. Bell worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County, handling all types of cases (misdemeanors (DUI), juvenile cases and life felonies). Mr. Bell became a supervising attorney in that office after only two years of employment. After leaving the Public Defender's office, Mr. Bell operated his own private practice that concentrated on criminal defense. Subsequently, Mr. Bell joined the Ticket Clinic, a law firm, where he operates from the West Palm Beach office. Mr. Bell now practices in all areas of criminal defense law, but focuses primarily on the defense of DUI and other traffic related cases. Mr. Bell has handled hundreds of DUI cases, consistently arguing Motions to Suppress/Dismiss and administrative matters. Jeff Reynolds, Esq., >who practices in our Tampa office, obtained his JD degree from Mercer University, after graduating college at the University of Georgia. After graduating law school, Mr. Reynolds began his legal career at the State Attorney’s office, in Hillsborough County. As a prosecutor, Mr. Reynolds handled well over a thousand traffic and misdemeanor cases, focusing mainly on the offense of DUI. Since joining The Ticket Clinic, a law firm Mr. Reynolds has continued his practice of the defense of DUI and all other traffic related crimes. |

Stephen P. Smith, a former Assistant State Attorney experienced in over 100 jury trials ranging from D.U.I. to murder. Mr. Smith is trained and certified as a law enforcement officer. He has lectured for more than 2000 hours to law enforcement recruits on legal issues and the importance of civil rights. He is a proficient speaker in Spanish after intense language studies and living in South America. Additionally, Mr. Smith is a chair member of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee. Mr. Smith is a graduate of Florida State University College of Law. Mr. Smith handles all criminal cases for our Treasure Coast Clients. These cases range from the most minor offenses through serious D.U.I. cases and all felony cases as well. |

Joel Mumford, Esq, graduated with his J.D. degree from St. Thomas University. After graduation, Mr. Mumford returned to West Virginia where his law practice focused on insurance litigation and criminal defense. Next, Mr. Mumford returned to Florida, representing criminal defendants for the Broward County Public Defender’s office. There he handled more than 1400 cases, with charges ranging from DUI, Suspended License, drug possession and other criminal matters as well. Thomas Michael Lynch earned his law degree from Florida State University in 2004. After graduating, Mr. Lynch worked as a Broward County Public Defender, handling thousands of criminal cases. These cases included traffic criminal cases, DUIs and felonies punishable by life in prison. After leaving the PD’s office, Mr. Lynch owned and operated his own criminal defense law practice in the Fort Lauderdale area. During his legal career, Mr. Lynch has handled cases ranging from traffic matters to murder. Mr. Lynch is lead counsel for all criminal cases in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. |

Albert Pucylowski, Esq. works from of our Orlando office handling traffic and criminal matters in the Central Florida area. Prior to graduating law school at St. Mary’s College of Law, Albert worked as an Army Ranger. After graduating law school, Albert became an Assistant District Attorney in San Antonio Texas. Next, Albert returned to Florida focusing his law practice primarily on criminal law. Albert has handled many cases ranging from traffic, DUI, and other serious felonies in Texas and Florida. Since joining The Ticket Clinic, a law firm, Albert has been able to bring his legal knowledge and trial experience to the firm. |

William D. Moffatt, Esq.., upon graduating from Nova Law School became a Broward County Assistant State Attorney. He later opened his own private practice, exclusively devoted to the defense of suspended drivers license, D.U.I. and Traffic tickets throughout Palm Beach, Broward and Dade counties. He has successfully defended 1000's of these cases. Mr.. Moffatt wrote the acclaimed 350 page law book, "Florida Traffic Ticket Defense". This book has been in publication for the past 20 years and is used widely throughout Florida by law firms, State Attorney's offices and the Public Defenders Offices as the definitive source for Traffic Defense Strategies. He is currently representing clients in the SW Florida office (Ft. Myers) of The Ticket Clinic, handling cases in Ft. Myers, Naples and throughout SW Florida. |

Steven P. Vargas, Esq. is a graduate of New York University, and received his J.D degree from Touro College, where he was a published writer in the Touro Law Review. Mr. Vargas began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Florida handling cases ranging from traffic to attempted murder.
