20XX-XX-XX34 NO CONVICTION AS CHARGED

Client was operating a boat at 9:30 in the evening. He was observed going too fast in a slow wake zone. When the officer approached, he noticed an open contained in the driver’s council . He spoke with the driver who smelled of alcohol, had bloodshot eyes, and slurred speech. He asked the driver to perform sobriety exercises and the driver agreed. The officer determined that the driver failed and arrested him. The officer then requested a breath sample from our client and he refused. The case proceeded to trial and our client was found NOT GUILTY!!!!

Originally from Miami , grew up in Central Florida.  After high school, he joined the U.S. Air Force where he worked on F-15E fighter jets as an Avionics Technician.  He was Honorably Discharged. Afterwards, he attended University of Central Florida and received a BSBA Finance Degree, cum laude.  Next, he attended Barry University for law school and among other things, served as V.P. of the Veterans Legal Society.  Since graduating in 2016, Mr. Sanchez has dedicated his career to helping those charged with criminal matters.  These cases include traffic, misdemeanors and felonies, including trials and post-conviction relief.
