Defendant was witnessed driving his vehicle. After exiting his vehicle, defendant was seen staggering and appeared to be hallucinating. Defendant was asked to perform several roadside exercises and informed the officer that he could not. Defendant was arrested for DUI and refused the breath test. DUI charge dropped.

Originally from Miami , grew up in Central Florida. After high school, he joined the U.S. Air Force where he worked on F-15E fighter jets as an Avionics Technician. He was Honorably Discharged. Afterwards, he attended University of Central Florida and received a BSBA Finance Degree, cum laude.
