The Client’s vehicle was stopped for speeding. Officers then observed an odor of alcohol and slurred speech. Law enforcement then conducted a DUI investigation and ultimately decided to arrest the Client for DUI. Once at the jail he provided a breath sample that was more than double the legal limit. The Firm discovered that there were several mitigating factors relating to the Client’s health that were extremely helpful to the Client’s defense. The State agreed and dismissed the DUI charge.
